We offer returns for a full refund within 14 days after the delivery date and free exchanges/store credit within 30 days of delivery date.
All return requests must be submitted for approval through the online return portal. Please be aware that we cannot handle your return if our quality control staff determines that your item has been worn. In this situation, we will email you the further instructions.
